Cook the Ground Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in diced onions if desired. Drain excess grease.
Warm the Tortillas
- Microwave tortillas for about 10–15 seconds to make them easier to fold.
Assemble the Wraps
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a layer of cooked ground beef in the center. Top with shredded cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Fold the Wraps
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito to seal the filling.
Air Fry the Wraps
- Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray. Place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Slice and Serve
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer, allow them to rest for about 1 minute, then slice diagonally and serve hot.

Notes
- Do not overfill the tortillas to prevent them from opening during cooking.
- Large burrito-size tortillas work best because they hold the filling easily.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the wraps with oil before air frying.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Add toppings like bacon, jalapeños, or BBQ sauce for different flavor variations.
