Air-Fryer Crispy Onion Petals

Air-Fryer Crispy Onion Petals are a crunchy, golden appetizer inspired by the famous restaurant blooming onion. Instead of deep frying, these onion wedges are coated in a seasoned breadcrumb mixture and cooked in the air fryer until perfectly crisp. The result is a lighter, healthier snack with the same irresistible crunch and bold flavor. They’re quick to prepare, require minimal oil, and are perfect for serving as a party appetizer, game-day snack, or delicious side dish with burgers and sandwiches.
