Bang Bang Salmon

Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Skin on or off
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, lime juice, and sesame oil. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Spoon the Bang Bang sauce evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, spreading it to cover the surface.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. Serve the salmon immediately.

Notes
