- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, lime juice, and sesame oil. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
- Spoon the Bang Bang sauce evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, spreading it to cover the surface.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
- Serve the salmon immediately.
