Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the surface of each flatbread, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Distribute the cooked chicken over the sauce on both flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion over the chicken layer.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are lightly browned.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving immediately.
Notes
If you prefer a crispier crust, you can bake the flatbreads plain for 3 minutes before adding the toppings.
