Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers about 120 crackers
Butter Mixture
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dry ranch dressing mix powder only

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Baking sheet

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, dill weed, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  3. Add the Ritz crackers to the butter mixture. Gently toss the crackers until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning and ensure even crisping.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up more as they cool. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of garlic powder or ranch mix depending on your preference for strong flavor. This snack keeps well for about one week if stored properly.
