Method
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds per side. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix well until everything is coated.
- If using, stir in the crushed croutons.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat. Place one quarter of the chicken mixture across the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll the bottom edge up and over the filling. Continue rolling until you have a secure wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally before serving.
