Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas About 10-inch size
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast Diced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade
Optional Additions
  • 1/4 cup croutons Crushed

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds per side. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix well until everything is coated.
  3. If using, stir in the crushed croutons.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat. Place one quarter of the chicken mixture across the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll the bottom edge up and over the filling. Continue rolling until you have a secure wrap.
  6. Slice the wrap in half diagonally before serving.

Notes

If you are preparing the chicken fresh, cook it in the skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, then dice or shred it before assembling the wraps.
