Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Press the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick, forming a pizza crust. Make sure the edges are slightly raised.
- Bake the crust for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crust is firm enough to handle.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the slightly cooled crust.
- Top the pizza with the chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and croutons, if using.
- Slice and serve immediately.

Notes
If you want a crispier crust, you can bake it for 5 minutes before adding the toppings, then run it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes after adding toppings, watching carefully to prevent burning.
