Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk dairy, almond, or oat milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 ginger snap cookies
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional for stronger spice

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. Measure the milk and yogurt and break the ginger snap cookies into smaller pieces.
Add Ingredients to Blender
  1. Place the strawberries, milk, Greek yogurt, ginger snap cookies, honey, and ice into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth
  1. Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency
  1. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
Serve
  1. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with crushed ginger snap cookies or sliced strawberries.
