Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. Measure the milk and yogurt and break the ginger snap cookies into smaller pieces.
Add Ingredients to Blender
- Place the strawberries, milk, Greek yogurt, ginger snap cookies, honey, and ice into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth
- Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
Serve
- Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with crushed ginger snap cookies or sliced strawberries.
