Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana optional, for creaminess
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk / oat milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small chunks.
  3. Add the strawberries, kiwi, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  4. Add the ice cubes.
  5. Blend for about 30–45 seconds until the smoothie becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
