- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded carrot, chopped celery, green onion, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about one-sixth of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up. This step helps the roll hold its shape when sliced.
- Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 6 equal rounds.
Notes
You can substitute softer vegetables like finely chopped bell peppers or spinach for the celery and carrots if you prefer.
