Method
- Place the frozen watermelon chunks, water or coconut water, lime juice, and optional sweetener into the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of extra liquid and blend again briefly.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a colder smoothie, use only frozen watermelon. If you use fresh watermelon, you may need to add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
